North West company rated top 30 in the UK!

North West based Plus Dane Group has been named as one of the top 30 companies to work for in the UK.

The organisation was placed at number 29 in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For list, which surveyed a staggering 230,000 employee opinions nationwide.

Plus Dane – which works as a housing association and a neighbourhood investor, improving quality of life and opportunity in some of the most deprived areas in the north west – also won a special national award for its training and development project, The Apprentice. 

Its top 30 position reflects its dedication to staff satisfaction and attracting high-quality employees. Colleagues surveyed praised the Group for its flexible, family-friendly policies, supportive work environment, and for its passionate commitment to the work it does. Many members of staff felt they were truly helping to 'make a difference'.

This Award follows on from its recent accreditation as an 'outstanding' two-star organisation by the well-regarded Best Companies scheme.

Both the 2-star rating and its placement in the prestigious Sunday Times Top 100 are based on rigorous employee surveys, questioning staff on issues such as leadership, well-being, management and personal growth.
