Homes for Vulnerable and Homeless Young People
We provide shared accommodation for vulnerable and homeless young people in Crewe who are aged between 16 and 24. Each young person has their own room, with shared bathroom and cooking facilities. The communal lounge provides a relaxation area where residents can interact. Our dedicated staff team are on hand 24 hours a day to provide support at a level tailored to individual need.
We also have a two bedroom town house close by where we provide floating support for young people moving on, which is a vital step for them to achieve independence. For further information Contact Us or complete a Referral Form.
In partnership with Adullam Homes and Congleton Borough Council we provide self-contained accommodation for vulnerable young people who are able to maintain a tenancy after a period of support.
