Benefit Advice and Help

We offer free, independent, confidential advice to residents on the following benefits:

  • Housing and Council Tax Benefit 
  • Attendance Allowance
  • Disability Living Allowance
  • Pension Credit

An extra service for our residents is the verification of original documents for Housing/Council Tax purposes. Dane staff can check the original documents you will need to provide to Congleton Borough Council to enable them to assess your benefit claim.
