In addition, if you would like the opportunity to talk in detail to your Neighbourhood Housing Officer, we have set up the following advice surgeries in your area.

You can drop into the surgeries but it is best to make an appointment. Simply ring your Neighbourhood Housing Officer to arrange this. We are also looking to develop the range of services you can access at our surgeries for example, we are looking at providing benefits advice and promoting our tenancy support service.

Home visits

If you prefer, you can make an appointment for your Neighbourhood Housing Officer to visit you at home. To make an appointment, simply ring your Neighbourhood Housing Officer on 01260 281037.

Neighbourhood walkabouts

Joining your Neighbourhood Housing Officers on a walkabout is a good way of pointing out issues that are affecting your local environment and agreeing a course of action. Residents who have taken us up on this opportunity have said that the walkabouts can really help to tackle some of the niggling problems that can have a negative effect on neighbourhoods. So, please feel free to contact your Neighbourhood Housing officer to arrange a convenient time.
