We know how important it is to our residents to have a high quality and efficient repairs service, so we have worked hard to improve how we handle calls coming into our contact centre to report a repair, and the response times we offer you have been improved. This has been due to our recently updated telephone system, which now has the latest call handling technology, and our remote working systems enable us to communicate quicker with our fifty plus workmen out on their jobs.
