Your Rent

To make paying your rent as easy as possible there are a number of different methods you can use.

Direct Debit/Standing Order - One of the easiest ways to pay your rent is by Direct Debit or Standing Order and there is no charge for this facility. To request a form contact the Income Maximisation Team or Customer Services on 01260 281037. Alternatively, you can download the forms here:

Internet Payments - To make payments by this method go to https://www.allpayments.net, our preferred internet payment facility.

Post Office - You can pay at any post office in the UK, presenting your plastic payment card with the cheque or cash. The card is available from The Dane Housing Group. Please note that if payment is by cheque it should be made payable to Post Office Ltd. with your name, address and 10 digit rent reference number on the back of the cheque.

Any Paypoint Outlet - To make a payment at any Paypoint outlet in the UK you must present your plastic payment card with the cheque or cash. To request a payment card click here to contact us.

By Post - Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to The Dane Housing Group Ltd. and sent to The Dane Housing Group Ltd. Shepherds Mill, Worrall Street, Congleton, Cheshire, CW12 1DT. Please write your name, address and 10 digit rent reference on the back of the cheque or postal order.

Debit/Credit Cards - We accept most major debit/credit cards, and payment can be made by calling Customer Services on 01260 281037, between the times given below.

SMS Text Messaging - To enable you to pay by this method you will first need to order a payment card from the Income Maximisation Team or Customer Services on 01260 281037. Once you have received this card, log on to https://www.allpayments.net our preferred internet payment facility, and follow the instructions to register with Allpay. When registered you can then make payments to The Dane Housing Group using your mobile phone and a switch or debit/credit card.

At Dane Housing's Office - You can call in at our offices at Shepherds Mill, Worrall Street, Congleton CW12 1DT and make a payment to your rent account at Customer Services.
