Community Alarm and Monitoring Service

The community alarm is available to Dane residents and private customers.  Each alarm is dedicated to the user and is connected to our Response Centre through the use of a personal pendant or panic button on the central unit which is connected through the telephone.

When the button is pressed, an alarm notifies our highly trained team of staff at our Response Centre, who will be able to access the details of the person calling, at the touch of a button. The details can include the next of kin, doctor’s details, and any special illnesses. The Response Centre staff will act swiftly to resolve the emergency; this can be by contacting the emergency services, calling nominated key holders or our  team of Community Support Co-ordinators.
